Statement of U.S. Rep. Kendrick B. Meek (D-FL) Honoring the Life of Myrna Arleeta Range Lee

MIAMI, FL – Congressman Kendrick B. Meek (D-FL) issued the following statement honoring the life of Myrna Arleeta Range Lee:

"Myrna Arleeta Range Lee, the only daughter of community matriarch M. Athalie Range, was a devoted and compassionate educator in the Miami-Dade Public School System, a beloved family woman and a true servant in her community. Her unwavering determination and service will be greatly missed. The passing of Myrna Arleeta Range Lee is a tremendous loss, and I join her family members, all Miamians and indeed all Floridians in mourning this loss and honoring her memory."

U.S. Rep. Kendrick B. Meek represents the 17^th Congressional District of Florida which includes parts of Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. He serves as the lone Florida Democrat sitting on the House Committee on Ways and Means.
